By downloading, installing, or using Healthier You Calorie (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Healthier You Calorie is a personal food-logging tool that uses artificial intelligence to estimate the calorie content of meals from photographs you upload. It is intended for general informational and personal record-keeping purposes only.
The App is not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, nutritional counseling, dietary prescription, weight-loss programming, or any form of professional health guidance. AI calorie estimates are approximate and can be inaccurate. The values shown should not be relied upon for clinical, therapeutic, or weight-management decisions.
If you have a medical condition, eating disorder, or any concerns about your eating, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. See the in-app “When tracking feels stressful” page for support resources.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you are at least 13.
You sign in using an email and password or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity on your account. Notify us at healthieryou.support@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions (“Premium Monthly” and “Premium Yearly”). Pricing, trial availability, and renewal terms are shown before purchase.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the meal photos and notes you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content for the sole purpose of operating the App (e.g., forwarding photos to our AI provider, storing thumbnails for your journal). We do not use your content to train third-party AI models.

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT CALORIE OR NUTRITION ESTIMATES WILL BE ACCURATE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR OPERATORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR HEALTH OUTCOMES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP — INCLUDING ANY DECISION YOU MAKE BASED ON CALORIE OR NUTRITION ESTIMATES SHOWN BY THE APP.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by an in-app notice.

本 App 不是 医疗器械。它不提供医疗建议、诊断、治疗、营养咨询、饮食处方、减重方案或任何形式的专业健康指导。AI 热量估算只是近似值，可能存在偏差，不应作为临床、治疗或体重管理决策的依据。
如你有医疗状况、饮食失调或任何饮食方面的担忧，请咨询合格的医疗专业人员。可在 App 内”当记录让你感到压力时”页面查看相关援助资源。
使用本 App 需年满 13 周岁。使用本 App 即表示你确认已满 13 周岁。
你可通过邮箱密码或 Sign in with Apple 登录。你须妥善保管账户凭证并对账户下的活动负责。若你认为账户被盗用，请发邮件至 healthieryou.support@gmail.com。
本 App 提供自动续期订阅（”Premium Monthly”与”Premium Yearly”）。具体价格、试用情况和续费条款在购买前会清楚展示。
你同意不会：
你保留对所上传餐食照片和笔记的所有权。通过提交内容，你授予我们有限、非独占的许可，仅用于运营本 App 所需（例如：将照片转发给 AI 服务提供商、保存缩略图供你查阅日记）。我们不会使用你的内容训练任何第三方 AI 模型。

本 App “按现状”和”可用即用”提供，不附带任何明示或默示的担保，包括适销性、特定用途适用性和不侵权的担保。我们不保证本 App 始终无错、不间断，也不保证热量或营养估算结果一定准确。
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，对于因使用本 App 而产生或与之相关的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，以及任何利润、数据或健康结果的损失（包括你基于本 App 显示的热量或营养估算所做的任何决定），我们及运营方均不承担责任。
如你违反本条款，我们可暂停或终止你对本 App 的访问。你可随时通过 设置 → 账号 → 删除账号 停止使用本 App 并删除账户。
我们可能不时更新本条款。重大变更将通过更新顶部的”Last updated”日期反映，必要时也会在 App 内提示。
