Healthier You Calorie is a calm, photo-first meal journal with AI-assisted calorie estimates. We prioritize awareness over scoring — no streaks, no judgment, no social feed.

1. How accurate are the calorie estimates?
AI estimates are approximate. Accuracy depends on photo quality, portion visibility, ingredients, cooking method, and how familiar the food is to the model. We always show estimates as ranges instead of single numbers to reflect this uncertainty.
2. Why ranges instead of a single number?
Photo-based calorie estimation is approximate. We show a range (e.g., 320–480 kcal) to be honest about the AI’s uncertainty. Above the range, the “approx. 400” is the midpoint — a single representative number for quick reading. The midpoint helps you scan your journal at a glance; the range below shows the actual spread the AI gave.
3. Are my photos saved?
Meal photos are used to generate food and calorie estimates. We minimize photo storage and keep only what is needed for your meal journal — typically a small thumbnail. You can delete any meal at any time. See the Privacy Policy for the full data lifecycle.
4. Can I edit a meal after saving?
You can edit the total calorie estimate from the meal detail screen. In v1.0, the journal focuses on quick meal-level tracking, so individual food items cannot be edited separately.
5. How do I delete a meal?
Tap any meal in your journal → Delete. The meal is moved to a hidden state and permanently removed within thirty days.
6. What happens when my free analyses run out?
You can still browse all your existing meals. To add new meals, you can subscribe. Subscription details, pricing, and trial availability are shown before purchase.
7. How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription. This opens your Apple ID subscription settings. You can cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
8. How do I delete my account and all my data?
Settings → Account → Delete account. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm. Once confirmed, your profile, meals, thumbnails, and subscription state are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
9. The app is asking for camera or photo permission. Why?
The camera is used to take meal photos. The photo library is used if you choose to pick a meal photo from your existing library. You can grant or deny these in iOS Settings → HY Calorie.
10. I changed my mind after onboarding. Can I see it again?
The onboarding flow runs once per device install. You can re-read its content via the FAQ and Privacy Policy. If you want a fresh onboarding, you can uninstall and reinstall the app, but you will not lose your account data — it stays on the server and reattaches when you sign in.
Food tracking should help you build awareness, not make you feel anxious, guilty, or out of control.
If tracking meals makes you feel distressed, or if you feel driven to restrict food, purge, misuse laxatives, or exercise excessively, consider pausing and reaching out to someone you trust or a qualified support service.

1. AI 估算热量的准确度如何?
AI 估算是近似值,通常存在一定不确定性。准确度会受到照片清晰度、份量是否可见、食材、烹饪方式,以及 AI 是否熟悉该食物的影响。我们使用区间而不是精确数字来反映这种不确定性。
2. 为什么用区间而不是单一数字?
基于照片的热量估算本质上是近似值。我们用区间(比如 320–480 千卡)诚实反映 AI 估算的不确定性。区间上方的「约 400」是这个区间的中点——一个代表性单值,方便快速浏览日记。中点用来「一眼扫」,下方区间显示 AI 实际给出的范围。
3. 我的照片会被保存吗?
餐食照片仅用于生成食物识别和热量估算。我们尽量减少照片存储,只保留饮食日记所需的信息——通常是一张小缩略图。你可以随时删除任何一餐。完整数据生命周期请见隐私政策。
4. 保存后可以编辑餐次吗?
可以在餐次详情页编辑总热量。v1.0 重点支持快速的单餐记录,因此暂不支持分别编辑单项食物。
5. 如何删除一餐?
在日记中点击任意餐次 → 删除。该餐会进入隐藏状态,30 天后永久删除。
6. 免费次数用完后会怎样?
你仍可浏览所有已有餐次。要继续记录新餐次,可订阅。具体价格、试用和订阅条款会在购买前清楚展示。
7. 如何取消订阅?
进入 设置 → 订阅 → 管理订阅,会打开 Apple ID 系统订阅页面,你可以随时取消。取消会在当前计费周期结束时生效。
8. 如何删除账号和所有数据?
进入 设置 → 账号 → 删除账号。系统会要求你输入 DELETE 以确认。确认后,你的个人资料、餐次记录、缩略图和订阅状态将被永久删除,无法恢复。
9. 应用在请求相机或相册权限,为什么?
相机用于拍摄餐次照片。相册权限用于你从已有照片中选择餐次照片。你可以在 iOS 设置 → 饮食日记 中授予或撤销。
10. 完成 Onboarding 后想再看一次怎么办?
Onboarding 流程在每次设备安装后只运行一次。可以通过 FAQ 和隐私政策再读相关内容。如果想重新跑一次 Onboarding,可以卸载并重装应用——账号数据不会丢失,重新登录即可恢复。
